If I had to guess, I would say that I have tried over a thousand meditation and mindfulness techniques. After a few days of whatever program I am working on goes by, I'm usually back to square one and looking up the nxt process that will promise me zen and peace.
Then came Bruce Frantzis.
I can't honestly say exactly why BK Frantzis worked for me. It might have been his soothing voice, his helpful words or just that he was the first one that made sense to me.
I first started using the audio guide.
It was so helpful. I listened to it morning, noon and night. I let it easy my mind and send me off with clarity to whatever I would be working on next. Eventually I graduated to reading more and more. You wouldn't believe the changes I made in myself.
- practicing mindfulness
- radical acceptance
- learning to let go
- handling conflict
- rational mind
- healthy relationships
- building my circle
- renewing friendships
- and more
I was amazed at how adjusted I finally started to feel.
Many of you may know that I fight depression and borderline personality disorder as well as extreme anxiety. This is why so many programs have failed me in the past. When I discovered BK Frantzis (and later DBT), I found not just a functional program but a mindset.
Are you struggling to find your zen? Definitely try it out!
