In January I made myself a promise that I was going to start getting fit. I started out perusing Pinterest and trying out PiYo videos. For two months I could not stay motivated enough to follow any workouts five days a week. Then I found WorkoutLabs.
What is WorkoutLabs?
Simply put, WorkoutLabs is a customizable fitness program that you can generate to suit you and only you. The process is pretty simple:
- Sigh up
- Set your goals, equipment and level.
- Choose your workout.
- Save and print or send to your smartphone.
WorkoutLabs will then generate a series of workouts just for you. All you need to do is choose what workout you want to use.
All of these workouts can be tuned to at home, on the go or at the gym workouts. Since I am not a gym member, I love the ability to print at home and choose how much or as little as I want to do.
The customization options are endless.
