Mindfulness & Intention

Living in mindfulness and intention is something I definitely need to work on and so I have created routines and rituals to help me out a little. In order to stop being so obsessive about work, I make notes in my planner and have asked members of my family, and even friends, to hold me accountable. It hasn't been easy but I feel like I am making progress, which in turn makes me feel as though I am creating an environment that my 5 year old daughter can learn from.

Planner Series: A Free Daily Planner Printable

Hello my lovelies!

 

Recently I caught myself pondering over my goals and planning them out. Mainly I was thinking about how I would go about keeping my notes each day and how I would keep my goal plans in a daily planning system. As I am sure you all know by now, I use a Plum Paper Planner to organize my week and I was struggling with how to keep a task list specific to meeting my goals, staying focused and still having my hourly schedule laid out in the same page.
