What's on My Desk: My Top 3 Target Products

Target is the store that sucks me in and takes all my money. But before I can spend, spend, spend, I need to figure out what items will work best for me. Thus I give you - My Top 3 Target Products!

Target is the store that sucks me in and takes all my money. But before I can spend, spend, spend, I need to figure out what items will work best for me. Thus I give you - My Top 3 Target Products!

My desk is a mess. Seriously, you'll have to just imagine what happens when a blizzard meets a tsunami who brought is brother typhoon to the fight. Since my desk is messier that the Kardashians, I'm not showing a photo here. Nope.

That said, there are certain things on my desk that live there no matter what else might come and go. Some things are coffee stained while others have ink all over them from an exploding sharpie. And all my pens are tipped in blue in because a generic brand pen leaked. It's not a pretty sight.

So what are my top 3 Target items?

1 | Sugar Paper L.A. Desk Pad

Sugar Paper is a brand that I have used fairly consistently since I discovered them a few years back (before I had a Plum Paper). The smoothness of their paper and the overall sturdiness sold me immediately. So when this desk pad caught my eye, I had to get it.

Not only is it easy to write on with just about any pen, but I wouldn't be able to have a productive day without my desk pad.

The Sugar Paper line is easily one of the best among the planner and stationary community. Come take a look at what other Target products I can't live without!

2 | PaperMate Flair Felt Tip Markers

PaperMate, overall, is a wonderful brand to go to when you need a pen. The Flair felt tip markers show up bright and bold on any paper (depending on your paper, there might be some shadowing) I use these pens to highlight or mark certain events, while using a different pen to note every day items.

PaperMate Flairs are a go-to when I am looking to really highlight a thought or note in my planner. Or even if I need to leave a note for someone. There's minimal bleeding/shadowing and they write as smooth as butter. Come see what other Target products are on my Desk!

3 | Knock Knock Journals

I bought the Knock Knock How I am Working on Me journal back in April and loved how I could rate the day as well as note thoughts from the day. I expanded to other Knock Knock products and love the dream journal. I don't record all my dreams, but it's filling up fast!

My Knock Knock brand has held up so well over the past few months. With very little wear and tear (despite my constant beating it up by throwing it around carelessly), my Knock Knock still looks brand new. Come see what else is mandatory for my desk!

Naturally there are a string of products that I simply adore at Target; so much so that this post might go on and on if I don't cut it to only three!

I'm self taught in all aspects of design, harking back to the bygone era of MySpace custom flash layouts. I have an eye for pattern and a love for color that makes me a perfect candidate for working as a web designer. Combining my love of design with coding and helping others and I am a natural teacher of all things blog related. My first ever blog was created on AOL Hometowns back n 2003 so I have had a lot of time and experience watching Blog Land grow and evolve and become a place of sharing stories, reviewing products and even making enough money to help support their families.
